It is an inspiring try for CMDIC to establish the commonweal website called” Heart Hand Harmony” We want to use a rational thinking and a corporate method to promote the development of public welfare undertakings, to enhance the efficiency of public sector resources, let the public welfare operation itself has a more sustainable development, thus to serve this society more effectively.
